Our tomato condiment is a refined and versatile sauce made with The Ecology Center San Marzano Tomatoes in their summer peak. Combined with organic apple cider vinegar and freshly ground spices for a tangy and slightly sweet sauce.

It makes a perfect addition to many dishes and snacks- from cocktail shrimp to crispy fried potatoes.
