Enjoy this jar of looseleaf tea whenever you need a relaxing moment! The blend is specially formulated for The Ecology Center by a local herbalist.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Valerian, Lavender flower, Lemon balm (organic)

Directions: 1 tablespoon loose leaf tea to 1 cup of boiling water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. For a fuller-bodied tea, lengthen the steep time. Serves 12.
