Mint Digestif Tea


Soothe a rowdy stomach and improve digestion with this blend of organic spearmint, catnip, calendula, and lemongrass hand-blended for The Ecology Center by Kelsey Barrett, a clinical herbalist and educator at The Scarlet Sage School of Traditional Healing Arts.  

Directions: 1 tablespoon loose leaf tea to 1 cup of boiling water. Combine and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. For a fuller-bodied tea, lengthen the steep time.

8 oz. jar. Makes 12 servings.
