In June, Chef Jennifer Sherman of Chez Panisse migrated from Berkeley, California to her new home as our Director of Culinary at The Ecology Center. For this year’s Green Feast celebration, Chef Jennifer will be curating your Green Feast (at-home) - a unique dinner celebrating the tastes of the season. Simply order, pick up your basket October 3rd, heat and enjoy our shared Green Feast!
Your take-home Green Feast (at-home) basket will be complete with artisan cheeses and house made pickles to create your own cheese board, a special sourdough harvest loaf from Rye Goods, traditional duck confit and fennel sausage cassoulet or a vegetarian cassoulet with fall squash and greens, garden lettuce salad, fall fruits, chocolate sweets and an assortment of wines from our friends at Beaune Imports. It’s everything you need to sit back with friends, break bread, and join in our Green Feast digital festivities from home.
Most importantly, this moment and event will raise the important funds to continue our effort to donate 20% of our harvest to those in need, as well as mentor the next generation farmer.
Each basket contains appetizers and dinner for two with wine.
All orders must be placed by September 24th and picked up on October 3rd in San Juan Capistrano or Encinitas.
