This three-course meal features The Ecology Center grown produce and is prepared by chefs Sarah and Pedro Resendiz of Tamarindo as part of our Community Table (at home) program.
Menu for Two People:
Sopa de Garbanzo - Available with Pork or Vegetarian. Chickpea and The Ecology Center Kale Trio Soup. Garnished with avocado, Mexican crema, house chips, and The Ecology Center Cilantro.
Zucchini Flower Quesadillas (Take and Grill) - Zucchini Blossoms, Epazote and Oaxaca Cheese. Served with The Ecology Center Gem Lettuces Serrano Salsa and garnished with The Ecology Center Cilantro.
