This three-course meal for two people features The Ecology Center grown produce and is prepared by chef Greg Daniels of Harley as part of our Community Table (at home) program.  

Menu for Two People:

  • Farmers Salad - The Ecology Center Farm lettuces, shaved vegetables, and a creamy buttermilk herb dressing
  • Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork on OC Baking Potato Buns - Slow-cooked Niman Ranch pork shoulder, dressed in our sweet and tangy Dr. Pepper bbq sauce. Pickled onions and escabeche make this a great meal to throw between two OC Baking Potato Buns.
  • Grandma Mary’s Chocolate Chip Cookies - Organic brown sugar, cordillera dark chocolate, and Jacobsen sea salt

As our restaurant partners are struggling, we hope these pop-ups provide important resources for our chef partners to stay in business in our community. All proceeds go to the chefs.

Community Table (at home): An alliance of small-scale ecological farmers and restauranteurs/chefs working collectively to engage and nourish the community. We are building ecology and equity in our food system - one meal at a time.

Loved the Harley Experience!

Every item was perfect and the pulled pork was tender and tasted so good! The pick-up process was efficient and took me no more than five minutes to complete the drive process. Thank you for this experience as I am tired of fixing meals for myself during this past Covid-19 year of isolation!!!

Pulled Pork

Easy and delicious. Ordered online. Sent the husband to pick up - he said it was easy and efficient. Food was excellent and we had enough for the next day (we placed 2 orders for adults).
