This two-course meal features The Ecology Center grown produce and is prepared by chef David Pratt of Brick as part of our Community Table (at home) program.  

Menu for Three to Four People:

  • Brick Caesar Salad - The Ecology Center Farm Little Gems, Charred Cherry Tomato, Grana
  • Two Create Your Own Pizza Kits - Two Pre-set and formed pizza doughs ready for toppings with the choice of two sauces included: Tomato Sauce and Farm Herbed Sauce. Toppings include Shredded Mozzarella, Zoe’s Farm Nitrate-Free Pepperoni, and lots of Roasted Vegetables from The Ecology Center.
    Easy instructions will be included.

As our restaurant partners are struggling, we hope these pop-ups provide important resources for our chef partners to stay in business in our community. All proceeds go to the chefs.

Community Table (at home): An alliance of small-scale ecological farmers and restauranteurs/chefs working collectively to engage and nourish the community. We are building ecology and equity in our food system - one meal at a time.
