Pre-order pickup is at the Farm Stand in San Juan Capistrano:
Wednesday, December 23rd 1-5pm
Thursday, December the 24th 9-5pm.

Holiday pre-orders open next week, with a selection similar to Thanksgiving: florals, pastries, merch, and likely tamales and bread, plus a few seasonal additions from the Farm Stand. Reserve what you need, then pick up your goods and stay to shop the winter abundance—beans, dried chiles, specialty items, and a pantry fully stocked for gifting.
We’re also offering a conscious gift wrapping service on weekends, 10–3pm, right outside the Farm Stand. Bring any The Ecology Center pantry products, books, or small gifts, and we’ll wrap them beautifully.
Whether you’re preparing your holiday table or gathering gifts for the people you love, the Farm Stand is ready for the season. Everything is curated with care, rooted in the land, and grown here at home.
